Cortland World Gateway

As a new resident of Cortland World Gateway, my entire experience from application submission to move-in was exceptional. I absolutely love my unit and gorgeous sunset view! The entire staff is so helpful and friendly (Stefanie, Gabriella and the maintenance team). A very special thank you to Stefanie for always being so patient and accommodating! She worked closely with me throughout my move process to ensure a smooth transition to this fantastic property. Shoutout to the maintenance team for quickly resolving minor issues I had upon move in and the office for keeping me posted on the status of the work requests. Thank you all and kudos for providing excellent support to the residents. It is greatly appreciated!

FUTURE RESIDENTS PLEASE READ – As a current resident for some time, I can say Cortland World Gateway is a shell of what it once was and if I was moving in today, I would move elsewhere. We once had an A team leasing office where you felt welcome and heard about your concerns. Now, they’re only open 3 days of the week, and you’re lucky to receive a response from them, and if you do - it’s an AI generated response. (They will more than likely respond to this review with an AI generated response based on past review responses on here.) This being a “smoke free community” is a joke - get use to the smell of weed from your balcony with little to no enforcement. They send out generic text messages and emails reminding residents about adhering to the complex rules, but that’s the extent of thei

im a pretty new resident at cortland, and the application and move in process was fairly easy. however recently ive been having problems with bugs on my third floor unit and i asked for pest control to come by, to which they told me they would next be available today between 10-12. They had not shown up or called at all within that time frame and once I got home I noticed a new bug on my bed, which left me pretty distressed as i had never experienced bed bugs before in my life. i immediately submitted another request and am now waiting for a response. i haven’t had issues with anything else, but this is a very important problem to me and the fact it is still ongoing has me very upset Edit: it’s been about two weeks and i am still finding them. pest control has come by twice and from my un

We just picked up the keys to our new apartment today!! We have a few friends who live here and love it, so when our lease renewal was coming up at our current place we knew we had to check it out. From the first day we toured, Gabby at the leasing office was incredibly lovely and helpful. She’s just an incredibly warm and welcoming person and made us feel at ease right away. They took the time to answer all of my questions, gave clear details about pricing and policies, and provided a genuine, honest overview of the community. The property itself was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The model unit and amenities were shown thoroughly, and everything was exactly as described online—if not better. Overall, the tour was informative, professional, and helped me feel confident about considering this community. Highly recommend scheduling a visit!
