Cortland West Houston

I have been living in these apartments since January of last year so coming up on my one year here and they are phenomenal. I have never lived in such a well taken care of complex before. The community is quiet and small. The buildings are maintained and clean. The leasing office and staff are just the nicest and so accommodating and helpful. Any problem I’ve ever had the maintenance team was on it so quickly either same day or next day. It’s been great living at Cortland west Houston!

I want to give a huge thank you to Carlos, the service supervisor. He is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time there’s an issue, Carlos makes sure it’s handled quickly and correctly. His dedication and positive attitude truly make living here a great experience.

Timothy, was a pleasure to work with! He answered every question I had about the process and the community. The apartments are beautiful! From start to finish Timothy guided me and my wife through the process and left us with the confidence to make the right choice for our family. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Frida did a great job showing me around the apartment complex. She was super approachable and informative, and made sure I got a good feel for the place. I appreciated how patient she was and how she pointed out all the little details that really helped me picture living there. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to her!

I just want to take a moment to shout out the incredible ladies in the front office, especially the manager Ms. Jessica, she always is beyond helpful and compassionate! Everyone on the team has been so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’ve lived in apartments for the past seven years, and I can confidently say this leasing office stands out above the rest. As a realtor myself, I’ve seen many places, but the level of customer service and care here is unmatched. You can truly feel that they care about you as a person, not just a tenant. 10/10, an amazing place to live!
