Good luck getting in contact with anyone who runs this clown show. The last company that managed the property at least made an effort, I’ve been having a back and fourth for over 2 months now since the new company ahas taken over. I’ve been trying to initiate a transfer for a month now and still no response or anything since initial contact. The only person I’ve talked too is Reginald who is from their corporate in GA. The last response I got was from Ali a month ago. This is just the icing on the cake, this is not mentioned the active leak I had that went on deaf ears for 3 days, or the previous leaks I’ve had where it leaked into my bed room and my sun room. Safety is of 0 concern for our folks here as they never once came to even do a mold check. This is just scratching the surface. Do

Do Not Rent from Elme Alexandria I was a returned tenant when Greystar managed the property, and I loved the unit and community. There weren’t two different styles of homes ("classic vs. renovated") like there are now, and everything was well-maintained. However, when Elme took over, things went downhill fast. The apartment I moved into was not ready when I arrived, and it looked exactly the same as when I first toured it. The classic model didn’t even look as described — it had major discoloration, unfinished work, and an overall sense of neglect. The rental office claimed the apartment was ready, but it clearly wasn’t. To make matters worse, maintenance left their bucket in the apartment, and I had to deal with big roaches crawling around. I'm a fairly new resident been there about a months and a half. While there's been some bumps in the process the staff truly care. I know I can be a bit particular I like to say I'm organized go with the flow. Biggest thing for me is I have access to everything I am supposed to and it all works. At first not everything worked. But it systematically got fixed. With that being said the staff make this place. The staff are truly amazing. My leasing agent was Ibrahim (Ibra) I can tell he truly cares I think that's the most important quality in a leasing agent. Thank you Ibra! They also have Helen and Ali both from my experiences are amazing! Both genuinely care about the residents. If I could rate this place lower, I would. I lived here 4 years and it’s AWFUL! The elevators never work, there’s vermin living in the walls and ceilings! Neighbors are extremely loud after quiet hours and management does nothing. Maintenance will enter your home whenever they like even when you specify you don’t want them entering at all. There’s dog shit everywhere outside. Rent will go up each time you renew your lease even though your apartment remains the same. The office is rude beyond belief!!!!!!!! Once you sign the lease they’ll even hit you with more fees!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! There was also a murder here and it’s honestly not safe at all here. Look elsewhere. I’ve recently moved in January 2025, and every negative review I may say I regret I overlooked it. From paint chipping on the walls and bathroom tub. Nothing about this community is pleasant. I recently been dealing with a roach issue in which I didn’t think I would come across being that they charge for EVERYTHING! I’m not sure when the exterminator comes around but they charge for that monthly on rent. There’s hidden fees that will show on your rent statement such as vacant utility recovery fee & vacant unit utility recovery. Management will send emails about closing the office all the time but when you have an issue they take 100business days to get back to you, or if you’re lucky enough they won’t even bother. The water system here is horrible, meaning the hot water only works for 3/5m
