Cortland Uptown Boca

I specifically chose an apartment with a pool view because I understood that this area would naturally be more lively and active. That was actually a big plus for me — being able to come home after work, relax by the pool, swim, read a book, or simply sit and have a quiet conversation with neighbors. Unfortunately, management keeps turning what should be a comfortable living experience into a long list of rules that often don’t seem logical. Now the entire pool area closes at 8 PM. The question is — why? Why can’t residents simply walk through or sit peacefully without noise or disturbance? If someone doesn’t like that it can be louder near the pool, then choosing an apartment next to the pool area doesn’t seem very logical. It’s obvious that this space will naturally have more activity.

I’ve lived in this community since it was built 5 years ago, and it’s been amazing! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance, and the amenities make it feel like you’re living in a hotel or a private club. The customer service is also great, the whole team is always helpful and friendly, especially Drew and Kamiyah.

Absolutely stunning community! I was very impressed with the amenities such as the cross fit gym, the resort pool, and the pet spa. My favorite features of the home are the modern kitchen, walk in closets, and beautiful wood flooring. The property staff is friendly. I’m very impressed with Ms. Odette she is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cortland Uptown Boca.

I moved into Uptown Boca two months ago after looking at approximately 10 different locations. I was starting to get depressed looking at some older buildings, dark, carpets, smelled like mildew etc. Upon my first visit obviously I noticed the beautiful complex and gym that was almost twice the size as others. However in the end…it was the staff that sold me on the move and two months later I couldn’t be happier. Meeting Chamiya at resident experience was awesome. She was super nice, friendly, down to earth and made me feel “home.” Over the past two months I’ve now met Denise, Drew, Faith and Robert. Love living here! Tonight is Bingo with food and drinks free of charge. The staff is amazing and the maintenance professionals are the best ! They answer your concerns and complete repairs asap, plus they're the nicest guys! Administration cares about the residence. The pool and grounds are kept beautiful too. And... the location can't be beat!!!
