I’ve been residing in one of Cortland Partners’ communities for the past eight years, and I can confidently say that my positive experience has soured significantly. Recently, a tree from the property fell on my car, causing extensive damage. While my insurance covered the repairs, I’m now out $1,000 for my deductible, along with additional fees for a rental car during the process. I reached out to Cortland Partners for assistance, hoping they would help alleviate some of the financial burden. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment. Their insurance reportedly declined to reimburse my deductible, and the management was unhelpful and unwilling to assist in any way. I’ve been a resident here going two years with no major issues or problems outside of normal shared walls. I like the fact that maintenance is pretty swift and thorough. I always park in the same area. Last night my car was towed, no warning, no citation and specifically no courtesy email or letter from the office notifying residents to check and make their cars had their decals because they are going to cracking down. The tow company has agreement the complex, no citation or warning. Such a disservice to your tenants. A little common courtesy goes a long way!

Cortland University North is a hidden gem and is a "bang for your buck" kind of property. The front office and maintenence staff are top notch, down to earth, friendly and efficient. Eureka was associate. She is absolutely awesome, puts up with my nonsense and maintains the upmost standard of professionalism

Admin staff is always available to help you out when you have doubts or concerns and work hard to solve issues that are not working properly. Maintenance team is quick to response and very respectful of our home. I have been here for a year and half and really love it! Good for families!

The maintenance service I received was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Marquis Davis fixed and repainted my bathtub, installed a new shower head, repaired the front door, and also got the dryer working when I first moved in. Everything was handled efficiently, and the team was professional. It made settling in much smoother. Thanks for the great service!
