Huge shoutout to the Maintenance team specially Carlos, he’s gone above and beyond to help us, even after hours. Our AC went out in the middle of the night and he responded quickly, got it fixed fast, and made the whole situation so much easier. Living at Cortland has been an amazing experience. The entire team is consistently kind, efficient, and reliable, and they truly take care of their residents. Danielle has always been very helpful with all our needs! Me and my partner have lived here over 5 years and we absolutely love it! If you’re looking for a luxury community with a staff that shows up when it matters, I highly recommend this one!

The community is consistently well cared for and always looks inviting. The management team are always open and happy to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment. I’d also like to recognize Eric Velazquez from the maintenance team for his excellent service. I was having an AC concern and he was quick to respond to the issue and handled it thoroughly. Eric took the time to walk me through what was going on and made sure all of my questions were answered. He was very professional and efficient which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone searching for a place that is clean, dependable, and attentive to residents’ needs.

I recently toured this community with Danielle, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to answer all my questions. The property itself is beautiful! Super clean, modern, and well maintained. But what really stood out was Danielle’s energy and knowledge. The community is beautiful and well maintained, with so much greenery throughout—it really makes every area feel peaceful and inviting. The grounds are always clean and thoughtfully designed. The leasing office staff is amazing; everyone is super nice, friendly, and always greets you with a smile, especially Danielle, who always goes above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. It genuinely feels like a warm, caring community, and we’re very happy to call this place home.

I stopped by Cortland South earlier this week in the search for an apartment. From the street, the landscaping is clean and inviting. The grounds feel green, and are well maintained. Inside, the leasing the staff was friendly and patient, they answered all my questions without rushing. Danielle was extremely helpful. The common areas, clubhouse, lounges all looked modern and comfortable. The pool decks, with cabanas were updated and nice. In the apartment model, I liked the finishes, good lighting, updated flooring. The layout flowed well, and the in‑unit washer/dryer is always a plus.
