Cortland Sabino Canyon

I had an exceptional experience with Cortland Sabino Canyon, from the very beginning of the application process all the way through moving into my new home. The application process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The staff was efficient, responsive, and thorough in providing all the information I needed to make a well-informed decision. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention I received leading up to my move-in. The team made sure everything was in place so that transitioning into my apartment felt smooth and supported. Walking into my remodeled apartment home exceeded my expectations—it is absolutely beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully updated.

Moved here from out of state and couldn’t be happier. The move in process was seamless! The apartments are spacious and well kept but one of the best features of this complex is the location! Update: I’ve lived at CORTLAND for a year now and had nothing but a great experience. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and picturesque place to live, this is it. Tucked away in the Sabino canyon area, the views are amazing! Before moving in, I looked at several other apartments in the area and they were crazy expensive. For the price, you can’t beat cortland. The workout room not only has newer equipment but it’s always clean! The maintenance team on site is fast and reliable. The management team, specifically Isaiah and Michael answered any questions I had and were super helpful making my movi

never had worse management before and i’ve stayed at way worse apartments. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful. I never once missed rent or was late yet i still get bombarded with threats to remove trash services or to have my car towed. They never label their times for trash services right and due to that they said i left it out to early at 6AM. Yet it doesn’t get picked up time to time even though i set it out “to early”. Then they said i set it out to late at 8AM but nobody is picking up at 7Am? Then my girlfriend gets pregnant and is no longer using her car for the time being so it was parked in a resident only spot. But was then tagged for abandonment and expired tags when the tags are good until next year. Allison was very unhelpful when i asked for them to please remove the

We moved here in May. We fell in love this community. Only a mile away from Sabino Canyon national park. The staff are very helpful, courteous and responsive. Sabino Canyon Apartment Homes rate the best for safety. There has been a zero crime rating before we came and still remains. There is a small pool, clubhouse and a full quality gym. There are many kids and families here. A strong communal environment where everyone watches out for each other's children. Very dog friendly and have a dog park. What I enjoy the most about the design of the apartments is that they have windows on both sides of the apartment. Only share one side wall. Tall windows that allow air to flow through the entire apartment. Which makes it brighter and open. We have already referred 2 friends that also enjoy
