Cortland Reunion

Alberth gave us a incredibly detailed extended tour of our new apartment, helping us sign up all our apps for the Alexa and getting routine set and showing us all the cool features that the apartment had the orientation process in the office was absolutely seamless and incredible and they made sure we had all of the apps downloaded that we needed. The Customer Service was so warm and friendly and wonderful and they are just so on top of things! I love the people here because they’re so friendly and they want to make sure that they set you up for success in your new apartment. They answer all the questions you have and they don’t get impatient with you, which is super important to me when I move into an apartment because I have 1 million questions so it was very nice to not get judged for t

Albert was absolutely amazing He gave us a tour without a schedule appointment and showed us everything and how it worked in the apartment. He was super friendly, very outgoing and relatable taught us how to maintain and keep up to date with some pro tips. Albert was fantastic just as Cortland is our new community.

Hi y’all! This message is moreso for the corporate/management side- Please for the love of god fix the gates and provide reliable access (that doesn’t depend on finicky tech) and instructions. The office provided me with a key fob and an app to open the community gates/amenity doors. Key fob only worked intermittently & not when driving into the resident parking gate. I’ve needed to use the phone app everytime to drive into the complex, but had the key fob to use when I didn’t have my phone on me. Months later they took away my app access and told me I can only have one or the other. It is not safe to rely on a phone considering how often my phone is dead or that these things can break so easily, but it works better and does more than the key fob so now I have to hope my phone never bre

Cortland very poorly runs this complex and is wildly out of touch with the state of their apartments. The rental rates are inclusive of features apartments don't get. The security gate amenity does not actually work and hasn't for well over a year. They treat potentially new residents with more care than their current ones. The office is seemingly closed more than it is open and the emergency maintenance is unable to actually assist. I recommend not renting with Cortland, avoid them at all costs.

I would first like to start off by saying I lived here for only a year. The Maintenance team was amazing. They are very friendly, timely and responsive. Although in my one year of living here the AC did break four times. They are very quick to fix it although it was inconvenient. People do not clean up after their pets, which makes it a very frustrating to walk around the community with your pet. The constant smell of weed was very infuriating as the walls are thin and the smell of marijuana would seep into your apartment. For a smoke free community i would smell it honestly 24/7 as the guy who lived one 1sr floor would be out all hours of the day and night smoking.
