Cortland Pond Apartments

I'm a contractor who works in hundreds of buildings a year with many different property managers. I've had the pleasure to work with Courtland Pond and specifically with Andrea on a number of projects. She and Joanna are attentive and insist on what is best for the tenant everytime. Great company!

I lived at this complex for over two years and have never had a bad experience! The property manager, Andrea, is by FAR the best I have ever had. She is extremely responsive, always willing to help, positive/happy, and very easy to work with. She was able to answer any question I had and provide ample support when necessary! Whenever I needed something looked at by maintenance Roberto (maintenance) would get it done within hours! The complex itself is very quiet and peaceful. All of the residents I met were friendly and kind. The large storage units and free underground parking space were a major plus as well! I would live here again - no questions asked!!

Our time at Cortland Pond has been amazing! The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, truly making it feel like home. The amenities, from the beautiful pool to the fitness center, are fantastic, and our apartment was both cozy and spacious, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The area is peaceful yet close to shops and restaurants—an ideal location. Highly recommend Cortland Pond to anyone looking for a great place to live!
