Eryn in the front office is amazing!! She is extremely helpful and made my move-in process so easy. The maintenance crew is also very quick to fix any issues you may have. I highly recommend renting here. The property is beautiful and very clean.

This place was an awesome standout while searching for the perfect apartment in south Austin area. It’s a beautiful complex, all the luxe amenities & finishes & a great location. Eryn at the leasing awesome was wonderful: welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable & obviously competent. It was so easy to work with her after dealing with lots of other leasing agents that were not! Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience with Cortland Onion Creek. The staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and they’re always on top of things. Communication has been clear and quick, and they’ve made every interaction easy and stress-free. They’ve also been great throughout my move-out process so far, handling everything efficiently and smoothly. I’ve truly appreciated how supportive and professional everyone has been.

My advice: Visit this place in-person and evaluate everything carefully, to include surrounding routes, I-35 traffic, pet activity, etc. Personally, I don’t recommend living here if you are older, prefer quiet hours, or have small children / small dogs. This is a place currently suited for young college-aged adults with large dogs. This has been a regrettable apartment experience for us so far. In my 15 years of apartment living, Cortland Onion Creek ranks near the bottom. Let’s start with the Cortland corporate culture: Be warned that the staff juggle multiple properties and may get information mixed up on amenities, floorplans, schedules, etc. There are no dedicated Cortland Onion Creek staff for residents, more like a regional “residential services” team.
