Cortland on the Loop

Great experience so far at Cortland on the Loop. From the beginning, Yvette was an amazing help and resource. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really courteous and helpful. I’ve been here about two months and I just put in my first work order. I was contacted first thing in the morning by Todd. He came right away and fixed our issue in a really timely and efficient manner. He was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. They have a really good team here.

Rene and Todd from maintenance were EXCELLENT! Extremely quick to respond, professional, personable, knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with them. They took care of multiple tickets in a single day. Very impressive customer service!

I currently live at Cortland on the Loop and have had a really positive experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I’ve had exceptionally positive experiences with Lucas, Yvette, and Nicole in the front office they’re always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. It really makes a difference having such a welcoming and responsive team managing the property. Also, a big shoutout to Tod and Renee from the maintenance team. They’ve both been fantastic quick, efficient, and respectful whenever they’ve come by to fix anything in my apartment. Knowing that any issues will be taken care of right away gives me real peace of mind. Jeff Livers is an excellent maintenance guy at our location Cortland on the loop. He responds very quickly and is always extremely helpful. Any issue I’ve had gets taken care of right away. Really appreciate his professionalism and reliability.

We got charged 250 dollars by cox for unreturned equipment (modem) which we did not even obtain from Cox. It was supplied by the apartment community and was already in the unit when we first moved in. We were instructed to leave the modem in our unit on move out. Cox then charged us unreturned equipment fee when we were not even the ones who obtained the equipment in the first place! Beware of this issue when you try to move out. We went back to Cortland to see if they had kept the modem. The guy at the front desk first lied and said he didn't have any modems. When we pressed further, he produced the modem from the back! He was super rude about it too and unapologetic. Edit: Yvette (who we had spoken with earlier on the phone) was helpful actually and did mention this was an oversigh
