Chernoh Kurabu replaced my washer and dryer efficiently and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before leaving. He was respectful of my home, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up after the job. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail.

Overall the community is good as far as location, however there are some points to discuss when looking to move in! 1. Be alert about the office “forgetting” things like a lease renewal, usually 60 days I got mine with 32 days left in my lease. This wasn’t the 1st time it happened and when I was “offered” a new lease it was not a 12 month lease? 2. Renovations are happening so if your a current resident you won’t be offered a 12 month lease but instead a 10 month lease. 3. The office manager Kim is super nice and easy to deal with, the rest of the staff is decent but a lil rough when it comes to compassion or understanding how a maintenance issue can cause problems that’s not needed with preventative maintenance. 4. I have lived here for 3 years and this place has not disappointed me. I want to shout out the service team and the leasing office. They have all been so helpful and kind. I love it here!

The new management is really doing a great job with all the improvements. Richard is always a big help and really knows the business. He always has answer and a solution. Keep up the good work, very nice place to live - thank you.

This is the WORST place ive ever had to rent from. I lived here for 5 years and its been nothing but stressful. They increased rent by an extraordinary amount every year. The management is EXTREMELY inconsistent. Maintenance has entered my home unannounced on multiple occasions. Theres been graffiti on the stairs of my building for years. They've added a mandatory charge per month for internet - that doesnt even work! And when i moved out they tried to squeeze even more money out of me. If you can, please save yourself the trouble and find a better place to live. Despite what Elm management claims, there are much better opportunities around!
