I had a wonderful experience visiting Cortland M-Line. Jaylah greeted me with such positive energy and a warm smile. She listened attentively and answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. The property is beautiful, inviting, and very well kept. We have lived in this community for three years and during that time have experienced three different floor plans, all of which have been well designed, comfortable, and easy to make feel like home. That kind of consistency says a lot about the quality of the apartments and the care that goes into maintaining them. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management especially Olivia. Olivia is absolutely amazing. She is professional, responsive, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here. She has made our experience living here better in every way. This is not a review about the apartment but rather their parking garage. Last night I went to one of the restaurants they have on-site for dinner and parked in the parking garage. As I was driving through the lot to find a spot I saw someone issuing tickets but didn't think much of it since I always validate parking at the restaurant. I parked and as soon as I walked up to the restaurant the first thing I did was to validate parking with the QR code they have at the front. Thought all was good till I went back to my car and saw a parking ticket for $97. In less than 5 minutes that it took me to walk from my car to entering the information for the validation they seemed to have already issued a ticket. I’ve had a great experience living in this building, and a huge part of that is because of the property staff and concierge staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — it really makes the building feel welcoming and well-run. I especially want to recognize Izaiah. He always goes above and beyond, remembers residents, and is so kind and attentive every time I interact with him. Whether it’s helping with packages, answering questions, or just greeting you with a positive attitude, he truly makes a difference and sets the tone for the whole building. It’s rare to find front desk staff who care this much, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of them, this feels like a place I’m happy to call home. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have lived here for three years and we could never run out of words to describe how much we love Cortland M-Line, especially the staff that makes the building so special! Living in three floorplans at this point, we have always appreciated the building, the amenities, the location, and so much more! Olivia and Izaiah are both the absolute best and go above and beyond to make sure you are seen and valued as a resident, always stepping in to assist in anyway they can! We always say there quite literally isn’t anything we’d change about Cortland M-line and we would live here forever if we didn’t want a house!
