If I could give it 0 stars, I would but I have to provide a star to leave the feedback for everyone. There were signs I should have not ignored but tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Here’s the in depth review below to all future residents. 1. The finalization of the lease- lease was set for 3/1 move in but I was unable to make payment for my lease to be finalized without the click of a button from the manager, that did not happen until 3/3, my lease date was never adjusted to reflect that. 2. The move-in- on 3/3 I was in person with my leasing agent, Josh. Informed him I have movers ready for Thursday. I asked if there are any building move in restrictions and he did tell me about the service elevators to use. On the day of move in- there was no notice in the system (Kayla) informe
Update: I’ve lived here for 5 years and originally left a 5-star review because the building really did operate at that level. The staff members themselves are great and always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. That said, it feels like the number of employees hasn’t kept up with the growth in residents and units. Now, some requests go unanswered or take much longer than they used to. I don’t think it’s a staff quality issue; it’s a staffing-level issue. I still enjoy living here, but I hope management invests in enough people to support the building the way it used to be supported. Original Review: I have lived here for a few years through a few management changes and have enjoyed my experience at this complex. This management is definitely more responsive than the others i
For over 15 months I have been asking the manager to do something about the neighbor/s allowing their dog/s to urinate in the hallway starting right in front of my apt on the 6th floor. I asked to be provided with the enzyme spray because it needs to be sprayed multiple times a month to keep the smell down. Nope. They only do it after I’ve complained enough. Cleaning the carpet once or twice a year only makes the problem worse because then you have the smell of wet carpet on top of dog urine. When it’s hot outside, you can actually smell it inside your apartment. I told her I would sign something to put a camera on my door to catch the person & hold them responsible. Nope. She’s given me nothing but lip service for 15 months. Now they want to raise my rent by $242 a month & force me to giv
I've been living at Cascade for quite some time now, and they certainly have perks, but there are months like these when you begin to question if it's worth staying here. My kitchen cabinet has been broken for over six months now. Very tacky looking; they continue to cancel the work order and have yet to provide an update on the expected time frame for repairing it. I hate waking up to see this every day or when a guest visits; it's very displeasing. I'm scared to place a work order because my top priorities are the dryer and cabinet. The dryer has been broken for going on two months now. I am afraid to list the other repairs due to rust and just damage because of time. This property needs care and concern for its residents and needs to do a better job with follow-through and follow-up.
I've been here for over a year and it has been a great experience. Haven't had any issues with amenities; I love the concierge pickup, love my in unit laundry, the parking garage space to park my car securely, and the gym has nice equipment to use when I can't make it to my other gym. Any time I have submitted a maintenance request to have something fixed (not for anything major), the response has been quick. The leasing office can be difficult to get a hold of initially, but I have found that if I am persistent about following up I can usually get a hold of someone, and Maylisa is always so helpful and accommodating in helping me resolve requests quickly and conveniently. Every place will have it's ups and downs, but I have not experienced anything major here as far as inconveniences and
