Cortland Kings Meadow

I am looking for an apartment for my daughter and I and I went to the property in the Hammocks as well as kings meadow and I realized that the manager was the same for both properties, she remembered me and was so nice to me! Extended her kindness to me and made us feel so comfortable. Her employees Maria and Paul went out of their way to make sure that our expectations and were met and our experience was great. The manager even made sure to check off all my requirements for the apartment that I wanted. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with friendly staff!

The parking spaces here are way too small, which makes it really hard to park—especially if you get home around 8 or 9 p.m. To make things worse, they’ve hired a third-party company to monitor how people park. If your car isn’t facing the right direction to show the license plate, they slap a huge warning on your window. With such tight spots, it’s frustrating that they focus so much on strict rules instead of fixing the real problem—the spaces are just too cramped.

I have been a resident at Cortland King in Kendall for three + years, and I can't speak highly enough about Danielle and the entire team. They truly bring luxury living to another level. please fix the parking situation. i pay $70 a year PER VEHICLE and have no parking spot. i just had to park on the complete opposite side of where i live. its absolutely ridiculous to charge $70 a year for me to not have a designated parking spot. PLEASE MAKE A CHANGE
