Cortland Independence

I’ve absolutely loved living here, this community is amazing! The only reason I’m relocating is because of a job transfer to another Cortland sister property. A big thank-you to the entire leasing office team, the ladies are always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I’ve really enjoyed being part of this community and truly appreciate the events that bring everyone together.

I live in the Cortland Independence community and I’ve had a great experience using Amenify. The platform is very easy to use, and scheduling services is quick and convenient. The communication is clear, and the professionals who came to my home were punctual and did an excellent job. It really makes managing home services stress-free. I definitely recommend it to other residents.

Honest review from a resident for almost 2 years. We're moving out of state for work and my wife and I are going to miss this community. Pros: - Unrivaled community for nice walking paths. I can pick any direction to walk my dog in the Independence community and there are sidewalks and well kept grounds. - There's dog park on site, and larger county dog park by the elementary school just past the Cortland property - Access to 2 gyms and 2 pools. The Independence Clubhouse has enough to offer that I can do a basic weight training workout without a gym membership. - Tucked away from commuting roads. Very little traffic noise nearby, only traffic is community and some rare through traffic to/from Horizon West area. - Friendly maintenance team, service requests taken care of within 24-48 hour

Hello, I had such a wonderful experience during my stay at Cortland Independence last weekend. From the moment I reached out to Heidy, the Community Manager, everything was exceptional. She was responsive, attentive, and warm. Heidy walked me through the process of reserving the guest suite, gave me a tour of the community, and showed me around the apartment. The guest suite itself was impeccable, modern, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a personalized welcome sign and some sweet treats waiting for me upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The community was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I give it a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely stay here again! -
