My husband and I moved in a few weeks ago and we love it here. The staff are so helpful, Jaaniya, Cori and Noah really made it a nice experience for us. Moving in was so smooth. Jaaniya always follows up with me as promised whenever I have a question or request. They are all very attentive. AJ in maintenance is awesome. He is quick and always does a good job. The property is maintained very well and the amenities are great. When our family comes visit us they don’t want to leave.

A.G. Abler is absolutely outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. Every time we submit a maintenance request, A.G. responds promptly and fixes the issue correctly the first time. He takes pride in his work, explains what he’s doing when needed, and always treats our home with respect. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. He’s a tremendous asset to the community.

Melissa & Jaaniya from the Cortland team made what could have been an overwhelming move feel seamless and supported from start to finish. From helping me find the right apartment to guiding me through every step of the leasing and move-in process, they were responsive, organized, and genuinely kind.
