Cortland Gateway Park

I love living at the Cortland at Gateway. I have not been living there long. The staff is really nice and respectable. I like the maintenance men as well. When you put in a maintenance order they get it done within reasonable time. I wanted to give a shout out to Gonzo and Jose for fixing a lot of my maintenance orders. They were really respectable and fast and got the maintenance order done. If I ask them to do something they never hesitated to do it. Thank you guys!

I’ve lived here for several months. I’m very happy with how everything is going. New management took over a while back, and addressed many of the issues seen in the prior reviews. Things flow a lot better. I see the entire staff working as a team all the time. The maintenance guys are amazing. Gonzalo saved me with a late night service request, and fixed the problem in about 2 minutes. I’ve never seen a human move at the speed of lightning like I saw him move. He’s amazing. AJ and Jose fixed a little crack in my ceiling, and they are the kindest people. The maintenance guys clearly care about their job. The office staff are wonderful, and always help me out when I have silly questions. Unfortunately I only remember Kaylee’s name, but thank you to everyone who works in there! Danny’s cool t

I’ve lived here for a bit now, and honestly it’s been a really solid experience. The property is clean, the neighbors are respectful, and everything feels well taken care of. Any time I’ve needed something looked at, Kaylee and maintenance team have been quick, friendly, and actually follow through — which is not something you get everywhere. Parking is easy, the location works great for my daily routine, and overall the whole place feels safe and well-managed. No drama, no surprises, just a smooth place to call home. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a community that’s run the right way.

I had an experience with the maintenance man A’Jonte, and he was extremely knowledgable and polite. He fixed my issue in no time and I really do love our prompt he was. Five stars just for him and the interaction I had! 🙏🏾

Moved in recently and had the best experience I’ve ever had at any apartment complex. Rebecca was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. She helped me through every step of the process from start to finish and all with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you for all of your help, you’re exceptional!
