Cortland Congress Park

I usually don't wite reviews but the team is so attentive and kind. I feel like I'm home here. I leased with my partner in a 1 bedroom with an office since I work from home. So nice Trader Joe's is right across the street. I met a few neighbors already and everyone seems nice.julie and Jamie have been sooooo caring.

Me and my girlfriend have lived in this community for 4 years. It is overall a solid place to live. The neighborhood is quiet with tons of stuff close to walk to. The neighborhood behind up to cheeseman park is quiet and beautiful. Maintenance here is awesome as well. We always try to find something better when lease end comes up but we keep renewing because we haven't found anything close to comparable for price/ amenities.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Cortland Congress Park. Matt, Julie, and Jesus do an incredible job and are genuinely committed to the well being and happiness of their residents. Their professionalism and care for the community really stand out. The property is newly renovated and truly a beautiful place to call home. Highly recommend this community and the team that runs it.

Jesus the maintenance guy is great and fast and responsive and very professional and kind. I can always count on him to get a work order completed fast. Jason the community Manager has been helpful and professional and helped me fix my ledger amount. Julie the head manager has been professional and kind. Jamie the leasing office person has been professional and kind during my interactions with her and when I come into the office with questions. My children and I have enjoyed the pool and grill area often. I am grateful for the convenient gym to workout. My bank is close by and shopping centers. It's is blessing to live here and I get a lot of compliments from guest on the apartment floor plan.

I scheduled a tour at this property online with a designated time via their booking platform. I arrived and spent 10 minutes calling the office via the garage call box to request entry (you can only access the property through the garage), only to see the leasing agent walk behind me conducting a tour *during my scheduled time* with someone else. What’s the point of offering to schedule a tour if you’re going to double book it? Was I expected to sit there for 25 minutes after my scheduled time, when your agent finally returned to the office? I’ve left an email and voicemail explaining this, but the leasing office is STILL reaching out to schedule a tour. If you’re going to treat future residents like this, I cannot imagine how poorly you treat current residents. For other interested part
