I lived in this community for almost two years and only moved because I wanted to be closer to my son’s workplace. I would like to tell new residents that I highly recommend Cortland at Champions Gate for its safety, amazing amenities, and overall great environment. I never had any problems during my stay. Joi Portee, the manager, is a wonderful and friendly person who is always willing to help—thank you so much for everything! The maintenance team is fantastic as well, always quick to respond and very professional. I will truly miss you all!

Will is extremely kind and helpful. Our move-in orientation with him was quick and efficient and he answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. We are excited to be residents of this beautiful property.

We went to Cortland at ChampionsGate to get a head start in viewing units as our lease will be up in March at our current location. The staff were busy the day we went however every single staff member including the maintenance staff checked in us to ensure someone had spoken to us and we weren’t just waiting there. That doesn’t happen often and I was blown away by that level our service. We were assisted by the property manager Jeanie who was in my opinion phenomenal. She was very detailed, knowledgeable, and informative. Jeanie provided us with all the information we asked for and then some. While we do not live here yet, it is our top choice for relocation, the staff has shown they’re top notch!

My move in was really smooth. My apartment is in great condition. Every worker I came across was super sweet. Marcos assisted me with any questions I had and showed me how to utilize everything. I am so excited to make this my new home!

Beautiful apartments tucked away in an urban oasis! Nearby to shopping, restaurants and close by to all of Orlando’s theme parks. The modern apartment homes have spacious kitchens and bathrooms, with granite countertop throughout. A lot of thought went into the little details. I also found the office staff to be super helpful, with both Brandon and Susan being very polite and professional in assisting my needs.
