Cortland Biltmore

Cortland is guilty of false advertising. I signed a lease for a 1 bed and 1 bath, after signing all the documents they called and told me that it was an ADA apartment. No desk, no stand up glass shower, microwave on the counter, and counter tops 2 inches shorter. They refused to refund my application fee, they refused to honor the lease amount of a 1 bed 1 bath that is not ADA, which in turn violated their own lease agreement.

Sara has been AMAZING! I was going to wait to write a review once I moved in, but the care and effort so far has been a breath of fresh air. Sara has given me 2 tours and is extremely helpful with finding the right home that checks all my boxes. I can't wait to join this community.

I am a current tenant and couldn’t be happier. I have been here for 3 years. I couldn’t be happier with Samantha, Paige, Zach, Darren, Andrew, and Torrie. Samantha has been here since I moved in and knows the residents! (That matters to me) Any maintenance requests have been addressed right away, and are always resolved. The property is pet friendly and well kept! I am currently renting a1br + 1ba that I love!

I have been fortunate to live at the Cortland Biltmore for several years.. The property continues to be maintained to an exceptional level.. The property management team - Paige/Samantha and the maintenance team - Darren/Tory & Andrew are the real stars - professional, friendly and always amazing service..

I am not a tenant. But I have stopped by looking to rent, and yet I have been unable to do so. First time the lady said she was just filling in, and did not show the property, now today on August 8, 2025 I waited over 30+ mins and yet, nobody has not even talked to us. There are no signs saying someone is on tour, nothing. This place is a joke and I would not recommend it. Don’t believe me look at this.
