Cortland Bennett Park

I have nothing good to say about the management here. Elme was a step down from Bozzuto, but Cortland is on a whole new level of disgrace. To be fair, this isn't personal to everyone; Jada in the leasing office is very helpful, and the maintenance team is consistently kind and attentive. However, the property manager and the senior managing team are simply not worth putting up with.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any request. I had a great experience with Maria, she handled my requests quickly and without any hassle, and that level of service is something I really appreciate from a property team.

The team at Bennett Park are always very helpful and supportive. Allysia & Za’Jadah are very professional and handle everything with grace. The staff really shows professionalism, Cortland is lucky to have them!

Highly Disappointing Management - Avoid if Possible I’ve been a resident here for years and the management has recently become a nightmare. They treat long-term tenants with zero respect. We’ve faced eviction threats over legal ESA documentation that was provided months in advance. They also canceled our signed transfer agreement for a specific unit under the guise of "renovations," only to try and upcharge us for a more expensive one. To top it off, they are now deactivating our building fobs a full month before our lease even ends, despite us being fully paid up. It’s blatant harassment and incredibly unprofessional. If you value your tenant rights and peace of mind, stay away from this property.

We’ve greatly enjoyed our time at Bennett Park so far. It’s centrally located and close to everything we need. Great restaurants, a dry cleaner, barber shop, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Jadah is great and super helpful as well.
