Cortland at Ten Mile

I enjoy my apartment, the spaciousness especially my balcony. I like taking Luka to the dog park, and think the grounds are managed well. There is a Security Car that drives through nightly,. The office is nice as is the staff working there. I appreciate the pool and exercise rooms too! Good value for the rent I pay. My neighbor's are sweet! .

We stayed here from ‘23 through all of ‘25 and enjoyed it! Quiet and safe neighborhood! We had one covered parking spot but always found parking nearby for family and friends. The staff at the housing office are polite and friendly. All the interactions that my wife and I had with them were great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind from the stress of apartment hunting.

Wayne went above and beyond in assisting with the electrical issue in our unit. He not only repaired the malfunctioning outlet but also inspected all other outlets to ensure overall safety. He thoroughly explained the problem and resolved it efficiently. Well deserved 5 stars!

We are so excited to be living here! The community is friendly and welcoming. It’s everything we’ve been needing in a place to call home. And Emma has such amazing energy and is one of the reasons that sold us on picking Ten Mile.

My boyfriend and I moved in ten days ago and we've had nothing but positive experiences here! The hot tub is excellent, there's a storage delivery room, the gym has everything we need, the maintenance team is prompt in answering service requests, and the leasing agents? Top notch! We worked with Emma and she was absolutely fabulous! The apartment itself was well priced and has SO many windows; the abundance of natural lighting is perfect for plants (and for our cats to sunbathe)! The only thing we aren't 100% in love with is the payment portal; rather than allowing us to pay partial amounts (ie one person/card pays half of the rent and then a second person/card pays the other half), you're required to pay all of the rent in one lumpsum.
