Myannah Davis made our entire apartment experience at Cortland absolutely amazing. From the very first interaction, she was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. She explained everything clearly, stayed responsive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting instead. She truly made our decision to choose Cortland a no-brainer because of how well she took care of us and how confident she made us feel in our choice. Myannah at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She is always kind, professional, and very well-oriented. She went above and beyond to help resolve a package issue that was caused by USPS, and her assistance made the situation stress-free. It’s good to know I can reach out to someone I can trust who truly has my best interest in mind.

The complex is clean and well kept. There is occasionally cigarette smoke/litter/pet urine (inside hallways)/feces (outside areas) not kept up with but a lot of that falls on residents not abiding by regulations. Gates are almost always broken, especially the walk through ones. The main office is probably the biggest issue, needing a good round of customer service training and professionalism, especially in person and via online communication to be met. Moving out is more complicated than it needs to be but we managed. We recently moved out of this location and have been in correspondence with the main office of that complex about our refund check. It has been 2 months since it was issued to us. In that time, we have had to contact them numerous times to let them know we have not recieved

I had such a great experience at Cortland at P83! From the moment I toured the property, Neha made everything easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I understood every detail about the apartments and amenities. Her energy and genuine care really stood out and made me feel welcomed. The community itself is beautiful. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized. I’m very impressed with both the property and the customer service. Huge thanks to Neha for going above and beyond during my tour!
