Cortez Village Townhomes

We have resided at Cortez Village Townhomes twice now. Currently on my 2nd year. Don't believe the bad reviews. We love it here, which is why we have returned. There's a nice view of the lake, plenty of parking (not assigned), decent size pool and the apartments are very spacious and clean. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and its so quiet! Both the maintenance staff and office are really nice and easy to work with. I've only had one issue with the a/c and it was fixed within the hour. This is the first place I have truly felt at home in a long time. My only complaint is that I wish there was a gym.

I have lived here almost 5 years. I love it here, it’s nice and quiet, and I feel safe here. It’s hard to find a townhouse this close to the ocean with everything they have to offer. Easy entry, plenty of parking, nice pool, washer and dryer hook ups in the unit, and they allow pets! Both of my neighbors have been here longer than I have. Everyone here is very quiet and respectful. Their Management is fantastic, very kind and genuine people. Their Maintenance staff is also amazing. Anytime I’ve had a problem they come right away and fix the issue. It’s very close to 95, grocery stores, and the beaches. Highly recommend!!

We have been here going on 2 years. John is super nice and willing to work with you as long as you communicate with him. We appreciate everything he has done. He is over 3 apartment complexes so I give it to him . The apartments are nice and some come with a view of the pond which is also nice, I do wish they were all tile, I don't care for carpet but it works.

When we first moved into Cortez Townhomes, we were a little unsure because we didn’t see many good reviews. But after taking the chance and living here for a year, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. John and his property management team have been nothing short of amazing. They are responsive, professional, and truly care about the residents. Our family has felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of, and the property is always maintained. We’re so glad we trusted our instincts and chose Cortez Townhomes—it’s been a great place to call home!

I’ve lived here for 7 years now, and whenever I need anything John makes sure to get it handled asap. The management and the maintenance team are nothing short of awesome, punctual, and professional. As someone who is born and raised in this area- it’s in a good neighborhood, on the nicer side of town, and I always recommend Cortez Townhomes to anyone who asks.
