New Manager Graciela has been doing an exceptional job,she goes above and beyond to meet the Residents needs.

Mercy, mercy! 🙏 🙏 I've seen the water bill go from 50$ to 95$ and now it is going up to $100. What the hell!! THAT'S TOO DARN HIGH!! SEVENTY FIVE was high. Then 95$ and now $100!!!!💸💵 What's really going on?? 😭🤔 The average bill is half that much. I am definitely going to be getting my money's worth and then some. 🚿🚿🛁🛁 Am I contributing to someone else's water bill also??!! GIVE ME STRENGTH!!!!

Let's list the laundry list of problems. They have poorly maintained property. Hallways never get cleaned by maintenance. You gotta clean it yourself. There's roaches, Gang and gun violence is heavy on the property and Property management does not care about your well being, There's better apartments around the area for just as great as the the price they're offering here

I reside here. Management is awesome and all housing vouchers are honored, there is 3 school bus stops on the property for the various levels of school grades from day care to high school and Catholic schools, maintenance is tremendous they honor work orders same day if they're not overwhelmed b'cuz it's jus a couple of guys and their training more new hires, neighbors are awesome, I love the neighborhood b'cuz everything you need is available from VIA, HEB, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Dollar General WALMART, NORTH STAR MALL, VARIOUS RESTAURANTS & FAST FOODS FRM CHURCHES CHICKEN TO PAPADEUX CIRCLE K, LEXUS DEALERSHIP, access to I-410, everything is in walking distance, terrain is great for bicycling, family oriented and pet friendly. I’m going to start with the only positive of this apartment it’s a good size apartment. This apartment doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Before we moved in we did a complete check through the whole apartment. We marked things that were wrong or bad, let me tell you they rig these apartments so they are move in ready. After week one the garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work which by the way are interchangeable in some way. We have nasty backup going into the dishwasher coming from the garbage disposal. We’ve only been able to use the dishwasher once since we moved in Dec 2018. Now the AC has broke down 5 times since the beginning of June 2019. I’m sitting here in 92 degrees inside my apartment right now. The AC usually goes out on Saturday afternoon when the office is closed and t
