Coronado Apartments

Reposted from Yelp-I lived at Coronado for my last year of college & it was my favorite place I lived at in Boulder! The neighborhood is serene with a beautiful view of the Flatirons & perfect distance to central Boulder. The leasing process was so easy. Our apartment even came with new appliances! The price is amazing for the Boulder area. The staff were always kind, helpful, & cooperative. I would definitely recommend living here! -Arrianna L

Great place to live! Excellent for public transportation. Seems management is continuing to improve accommodations. Over the years I've never experienced pests nor have I known any fellow residents to have either. Felt that is necessary to state because of other reviews I've read. Management always does a great job resolving any issues I've had.

They were great -- until they weren't. BEDBUGS!!!!!! I lived here for 4 or 5 years, in both buildings and a total of about 4 different units. Things changed in Summer 2023 when I saw a bedbug. Then another one. Then dozens. Etc. I had to threaten Management with Colorado Bedbug Law before they would do the bare minimum treatment (which did not work -- WE HAD BEDBUGS FOR OVER A YEAR, indefinitely -- we moved out while we still had problems). The adjacent unit that shared a wall with us, had a known bedbug infestation for months, and the office NEVER TOLD US. We had to throw away so many personal items. Also, they took over a week to fix our AC unit during the hottest week of the year (90+ degrees every single day, and we were on top floor) utterly unprofessional. Also, despite the exhor

Gary was the leasing agent that kindly took the time to give me a grand tour of the complex and he did a wonderful job!! Gary is detail oriented, kind, understanding, helpful, and gave 5 star service. The apartment he showed me was absolutely lovely and the view of the mountains from these apartments is spectacular. Both Gary and Mary have been very attentive to my emails. They are the type of management anyone would want to work with when it comes to managing their home. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone searching for a safe, stable, reasonably priced apartment!

I've been living at the Coronado apartments for about a year now, and my experience has been wonderful. As an international student, I had many concerns about finding the right place to stay, and I had numerous questions. Ms. Mary from the leasing office was incredibly helpful, addressing all my queries and ensuring a smooth lease signing process. The leasing office has also been very prompt in resolving any issues we've had.
