Corona Pointe Resort

I use to be a resident of Corona Pointe and can honestly salt me experiencing was great! I recently moved and accidentally sent my package to my old location. I contacted the leasing office and received a response almost immediately. The staff helped me get my package back and they were very quick on it as well. I really appreciate their help with something like this!

I’ve been living at Corona Pointe for the past two years. The apartment itself is great, but there are several ongoing issues. Guest parking is supposed to be available, yet some residents park their cars or motorcycles there long-term. We have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and three cars. I parked one of my cars in an open guest spot for just two or three days and received a notice. Meanwhile, there has been a motorcycle parked for over three months without any notice or action, despite my complaints. The biggest problem, however, is the noise. If you work night shifts like my wife and I do, this is not a good place to live. There is constant noise with little consideration for residents who sleep during the day. I’ve been living at the corona point apartments for 2 1/2 years and we could not be happier, my 8 year old, husband and I love it so much. All the staff is so friendly and during the summer we enjoy being able to have multiple pools to enjoy, as well as a handful of other amenities and events. The staff also does an incredible job making sure everything is always clean.

I've been living at Corona Pointe for a little over a year now and it's been a wonderful time. Very clean, safe-feeling premises with security. Very quiet place, and everyone has been respectful. The management keeps the grounds and buildings well maintained. I don't use the amenities as much as I should but when I visit the pool it's always clean. Great place to live!

They were incredibly rude to me in my time here. I invited my mom over one day, we went to tan in the pool. You always see families there, it was the middle of a week day. Just basic use of the facilities included in your lease, right? Since it was during operation hours of the office, one of the workers stops us before we even enter and tells me if I’m bringing any off lease guests I needed to have made a reservation. Then kicked us out. I went home and scoured the lease for any such rule. Nothing in the pool use rules mentions that. It’s made up! So I escalate because of how embarrassing that was. I scheduled a meeting with the manager. I bring a copy of the lease. I even tell my spouse, I wonder if they’ll maybe give us credit on rent as an apology. When I point this out to the mana
