I also had an infestation of roaches in my apartment when I lived here. They had people come out and spray several times but it never got rid of the issue. It got really bad in the spring/summer of 2024 and would not recommend moving into these apartments. The paint they use is terrible and peels off easily. I got charged $200 on move-out for repainting the doors, "cleaning" the stained bathtub, and other cleaning fees after hiring a professional cleaner before moving out of the apartment. I really would not recommend living here.

This building has roaches. If you end up moving into unit 6 and see roaches please contact me. I can prove they leased you out an infested unit. The laundry machines are broken most of the time along with many issues with the apartments. I had one of the maintenance guys tell me they don’t ever replace anything until residents ask, so when I moved in I had to wait over a month for a working dishwasher, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink. The toilet also needs to be flushed multiple times before anything will go down. If you’re not on the top floor you will be able to hear your neighbors’ every footfall. Pretty sure they covered what I presume is a hole in the wall with a paper plate and spray paint. It’s really unfortunate because I have a large dog and Cornerstone is one of the only places i
