I am in an HOA which has a property managed by these “people”. They are rude, unprofessional, slum lords. I would never trust these people with my rental properties.

Didnt get the pleasure of even considering leasing from this company. House is visibly falling apart, no gutters, deteriorating foundation, mold smell from outside the house AND (this is the real kicker) they didnt bother showing up for our scheduled tour! Calling it our win their loss at this point.

This is the most friendly and interactive property company I've rented from. Paying rent is easy--the portal itself is user friendly. The utilities are fair. And service tickets are handled so fast! Plus everyone who comes out on a service call has been extraordinarily friendly and professional.

Rented a townhome from Cornhusker Properties and William Jefferies for 3 and a half years. During this time, we had several issues that were either ignored or delayed beyond reason. We reported our A/C not working well enough to cool the home. We were basically told "oh well, it still works" for MONTHS until the maintenance guy was unable to "fix it" anymore and it had to be replaced. When the old A/C was removed, they mentioned to me that it was thr original A/C from 1974!!! I reported our water heater was leaking several times before it finally rusted through and flooded my laundry room and soaked through to the next room, ruining things I had in storage. I was offered no help with water removal and was told to "turn a fan on". One day we were vacuuming, and thr electricity to the entire

This management company has recently been managing a family owned apartment complex I have been a tenant of for over 6 years. So far, the experience has been a difficult one. Don’t let Mr. Jeffery’s nice attitude fool you. The one time you need his company’s services, it’s like pulling teeth. I have contacted this company regarding my hot water not working and got a rude reaction. (It just seems it is a burden for this company to fix issues) One of the biggest frustrations I had was my vehicle was towed from the parking lot because the company went to a new parking sticker when they took over. When I asked Mr. Jeffery about the new parking sticker, he responded that he had mailed a notification and handed them out door to door. Well I did not receive this notification and when I s
