First, I just want to say that Bobbye Joe is an amazing and professional property manager I’ve ever worked with. Not only she responds to your requests quickly, she works with a professional photographer/photographers to get amazing house photos, and put your house on the market immediately for potential showings, and find you a tenant very quickly! From the day I started working with her, she found me a tenant in less than a month. I was very amazed at her work! I’m looking forward to working with her in the future, as well. I highly recommend her as your property manager!

By far my best rental experience. Not only is Bobbye Joe and her team so accommodating, they are so personable and caring. I always feel like friends are calling to check up on us! They definitely make the rental experience more comfortable, which helps us feel more at home. 10/10 would recommend them!

Bobbie Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us with the process of filling out our application and finishing our leasing agreement. She was very helpful in getting contractors out to solve every issue we had in our rental property. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for fast, friendly and reliable service

Our experience with Cornerstone has been amazing. We were looking to rent a home and they worked with our schedule to be able to view the home . Additionally Bobbye and her staff are very professional and their response time to any questions or concerns we had was very fast. The overall process as a tenant has been very easy. Definitely recommend!
