My family and I moved into this house from them that had no pictures of the inside. And after paying the deposit and rent and signing the lease they gave me keys and the house should be condemned. I have 20+ yrs construction experience building houses from the ground up so I know a little bit about structural integrity. The roof is coming down the foundation is sinking and the house is leaning like a drunk guy at the bar near closing time. I gave 30 days notice due to the black mold throughout the entire house. We tried to work with them and just see if they had another property in better condition. But they immediately started being very unprofessional. After calling Lori about a unit, I told her up front that we would be moving in in four months; she said that was fine and proceeded to set up a showing of the town home. While the lady that walked us through was extremely nice, it was very clear that she was not prepared for any of the questions we asked and told me to send an email of all the questions that we had and she would forward it to Lori. I then sent Lori a text letting her know we were very interested in the unit and we’re ready to move forward. Today, three days after not hearing anything I called her, she was extremely rude and had an attitude, telling me “well that’s four months out.” She said it as if she was annoyed that we even thought we had a chance at getting it. Lori White went waaaay above and beyond to assist me and my wife anyway possible at anytime we needed or asked for help or assistance when we were looking for a place to rent throughout the summer and early Fall of this year, and even after we moved in. Maintenance was always handled expeditiously and was most accommodating. Lori was professional, courtesy, respectful, honest, highly responsive, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. My experience could not have been any better and I could not have asked for any more. Braxton, who took of care of me when Lori was not available, always did an outstanding job and was most responsive and accommodating. My rate and experience was 5star+.

Beware when renting. Pay attention to their site. The pictures they put up is probably not accurate. They just listed the unit I moved out of which I left better then they gave it to me and the pictures they posted are of a total different duplex. These guys are a joke!

The man at the office told me and my friends they would start tours of a property the following weekend, but had already approved applicants to move-in that day. Lori has horrible communication skills, and not once returned a text or phone call from me or my friends despite us trying multiple times. Would not recommend trying to rent from here unless you want to be scammed out of your time and money.
