Property management company charges 300 for cleaning fees which is taken out of your deposit. Whatever you do do not deep clean when you move out. They will try to nickel and dime you out of your deposit. Left a small maybe 3-4 inch hole in a wall from moving(in a common area) and they took my entire deposit. Also the communication and maintenance is god awful. This is a slum lord property management company rent at your own risk or if you are desperate.

If i could leave a zero star review I would. We live in a Cornerstone run neighborhood and it’s a joke. Public spaces are in disarray, play grounds need to be mulched, grass isn’t mowed, weeds everywhere and they are incredibly slow to respond. I’m not sure what Eastbrook is paying this company to run our neighborhood association but it’s too much.

Mike, from Cornerstone, replaced wood posts on the porch of our condo. He did a fantastic job!!! Measured properly, paid attention to detail and the job was done in a timely manner. We have used Cornerstone before and always a great job!!! Friendly, courteous and again - highly recommended.

Me and my roommates were working with Katie for a month as of yesterday. Today was supposed to be the day we moved in. Katie was very nice, and worked with our struggles as we were moving 8+ hours and it is not easy. On July 7th, I had my job offer in, but I did not make enough singly to secure the place. We were waiting on a test back from a roommate and we specially asked Katie if it was okay to wait or if we needed to secure the place now, we would use a co sign. Katie said it was perfectly fine to wait to conplete fixes. Next week comes, and Katie starts to become “busy”. We ended up choosing the co-sign, and it took multiple phone calls until Thursday to finally hear back the result. Katie said we could for sure move in Friday, as long as me and the co sign made enough, which both we

Absolutely terrible customer service! This property management company was an all-around bad experience! I hardly ever got responses to my email communications, my "account manager" changed several times during my 12 month lease; which complicated things further, and they were not customer oriented/willing to partner with you as a resident of their properties. As a professional, I was highly dissatisfied and will avoid further properties managed by them! Stay away, in my opinion! Take caution when reading the owner's response.....none of my complaints have anything to do with rent or charges. All cutomer service complaints! It's important to be customer friendly in today's world!
