Guys, do your research before choosing a realty company. These guys are extremely rude over the phone, refusing to waive a $100 late rent fee that was their fault due to their online portal being down for two days right before rent was due. They have maintenance people come into their buildings without warning. They've harassed us with multiple calls and emails *per day* over an application that we were filling out, and we weren't even late on it. Generally, they're just super stressful to deal with.

Brian was extremely helpful and responsive with my friends and I as we searched for an off-campus apartment. He made the situation much less stressful by helping us see options in our budget, and he was always available when we had questions, even long after work hours! My parents also found him to be very professional, honest, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Cornerstone, and Brian specifically, to any students looking to move off campus!

Stay far away!!!! It's not worth getting involved with this company. My broker Anthony Contreras who showed us the place was great and he immediately left the company after our closing. They stated I'm so incompetent that I can't tell the difference from a smoke alarm that works vs one that's constantly being falsely trigger. They think I"m making a big deal out of nothing even though it's a fire hazard since I can't tell if the alarm will work properly during a real fire. Told them on a multiple occasions the fire alarm continues to go off when there wasn't anyone cooking or smoking at all. This has happened eight times and I've only lived here for four months.
