Cornerstone Inspections

Corey came to our home yesterday to test for mold, and we were extremely impressed. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process from start to finish. He walked us through what he was doing at each step, answered questions thoughtfully, and even taught our family a few things along the way, which we really appreciated. We never felt rushed or talked down to — just informed and supported. Cory Pool, the owner of Cornerstone Inspections, did our inspection. I was impressed with his work. He spent a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes doing his tests and answering our questions. He seemed very thorough and professional. He set 7 spore traps total throughout the house (and one as a baseline outside), and did IR moisture testing house wide. He used his Protimeter instrument to search for moisture in the flooring and walls in the suspected areas (our den). He did an exact map of the moisture found in the floor and annotated it with chalk. He checked, and. fortunately, there was no moisture in the walls. Well worth every penny. They were great. I have a rather large property with many out buildings and they were so thorough they found outlets that needed repair. The owners came out to talk to us and they were very nice and explained everything that they were doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
