Corner Park Apartments

We lived at corner park for almost 3 years! The place is amazing! We loved all the staff and the fun events they would have fun. Highly recommend if looking for a place. We also have a dog and it was so nice having a lot of yard to walk around the complex. Would’ve stayed here longer if wasn’t for moving to NC! Thanks corner park for an amazing experience! :)

Since moving in January 2019, we have enjoyed our time. We had some small issues here and there with appliances and other things, but they were instantly taken care of when a request was put in. The maintenance staff is quick and friendly. The only issue we have is just the location, as there is really nowhere to walk or run, but i did find a park not too far away and i also use the gym and amenities at New Kent apartments which this company owns as well. Apartment wise, this is probably the best one we have lived in, and you do not have tons of neighbors as there is only 3 buildings. Overall i recommend, and i am sure when we move our new family into a house we will look back on our time here a little more fondly then other apartments we have lived in.

A great place to live! My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and a half with no complaints. The complex is quiet and kept clean. When in our apartment we do not hear any extra noise from neighbors—low noise buildings. The staff are extremely responsive, professional and caring! Highly recommend.

My apartment had spider beetles from the moment I moved in, I found them dead at first, and I was assured they were taken care of but they weren't. I had never heard of spider beetles before, but they normally infest granaries or places with animal droppings, so it was incredibly weird from day 1. Corner Park didn't do anything to address the issue, the exterminator once said he couldn't go up in the attic (where they were coming from) because of insurance reasons. They delayed handling it for so long (never did when I was there) and it started to get worse so they eventually just let me break my lease and move out (at no extra charge to me). Ultimately I found out the attic was never sealed properly so bugs from outside were crawling down the walls. The last day I was there I found beetl
