Infested with bugs. Was given a tour in the coldest part of winter, and the apartment was totally empty and being renovated, yet there were still bugs. Nothing for them to eat in this unit, so they must have a trail through the building to get to units on higher floor(s). Avoid Montlack. Heard horror stories, decided to go on tour anyway, figuring that people only post if they've had a negative experience, not if they've had a positive experience. However, regarding Montlack, I don't know if that's true. Many units were unoccupied, the units were way overpriced, and the value and cleanliness was low. Seems like they are profiting on international students, post-docs, and residents, who live here mainly due to proximity to major hospitals. Stay away.
