I recently inquired about an apartment with this company and was told that I needed to submit a full month’s rent deposit before my application was even reviewed or accepted. When I expressed that I was not familiar with this process and asked for clarification, the agent called me and began raising his voice. I politely asked why he was being so defensive, but he continued to be rude. This experience made me very uncomfortable and raised concerns about their professionalism and transparency. Stay away.
