Cordova Village Apartment Homes

I have been living here for one year and have just signed a lease for the second year my experience here has been a positive one my apartment is spacious clean and convenient. I have a huge walk-in closet and lots of storage there are many kitchen cabinets that I don't even have enough stuff to fill them countertop space is abundant and all of my appliances work great I was surprised to find that I had a dishwasher as well. That also works excellent. The apartment also came with its own water heater so I never run out of hot water. The ground here at Cordova are very well kept the grass is beautiful the pool is beautiful and kept up very well. The groundskeepers are friendly helpful and never complain no matter how much litter they have to pick up. I have never had any problems putting in

I wouldn't have survived without Cordova Village. I've been here since late December of 2017. First, I won a raffle that gave me no rent for an entire year! Then I had a very low rent. Now the rents are lower than at many other places. If you get Social Security, you will almost surely be qualified to live here. We're also allowed to have our pets here! The office staff is hardworking and efficient and Tomisue, the Manager, is wonderful..and the maintenance staff has been excellent!. My apartment is a nice one-bedroom.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you absolutely have to move here!! The staff isn’t nice anymore every time I’m talking to the leasing staff I feel like I’m being rushed and judged, the leasing staff I swear never puts in maintenance requests. Cops are here every other day if not every day the complex is terrible and run down. Myself, my girlfriend don’t feel safe living here most days and our friends don’t feel the safest visiting us. They say they are going to change things but they never do or they don’t work. So DO NOT LIVE HERE GUYS ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

My friend recently moved in and was worried about the gate being knocked down and anyone being able to get in but she shared her concern with Jennifer in the office and within a few days the gate was fixed. Jennifer is professional and friendly and very helpful. The maintenance man Frankie is wonderful as well. She is happy living here so far.

I'm not impressed with the new management equilibrium seems to do nothing to help it's tenants. I told the office manager I had bedbugs And the exterminator inspected four times each time claiming not to be able to find them. Meanwhile my kids kept getting bites. I finally found a bug myself and they're going to treat the apartment for the first time, in about 14 days! Shouldn't you have done that when I showed you the bites on my children. Rude staff who will rolled there eyes at you when you tell them Anything. Not to mention the car it was lit on fire in the parking lot outside my apartment. Or the upstairs neighbor lets his dog poop fall down to the apartment next-door to me. The pool is typically full of children completely unsupervised but with an impressive profanity vocabulary.
