It seems that in the Córdoba community, Pamls built a batch of houses installing the most basic and cheapest materials. But the "cheap" included labor, and it shows in the houses. The warranty department doesn't answer you, or simply tells you that none of it is covered. Houses with very poor finishes. I would never buy another house from Dream Finders. And I'm making sure that everyone I know doesn't either, so they don't have the bad experience my family and I have had. They make you sign a form on closing day and then disappear. We are in love with our home.Vero floor plan model facing forest on the back.Thanks to Orgest Lushnja our relator and sweet Jeannie a consultant with Dream home finders who went above and beyond to help us out and treated us like their family! We’ve been here for almost 2 months and couldn’t wish for a better community! The neighborhood is so nice,clean,beautiful and very nice people around! Plenty of activities, big neighborhood, we like to walk outside and go to playground, everyone waves hello! A wonderful community to raise your kids. Very close to St. Augustine, shopping plaza , theyr’re opening phase 4 and it is growing so quick, we are looking forward for new shopping plaza we hope it might be build close by Atlantic Storage which will be coming soon!

Jessica and Jeanie Soler are totally awesome with their salesmanship skills. They treated my wife and I like family. They both helped us with every step on purchasing our new home. We bought a Stratford floor plan. It's a very nice size and awesome price for our big family.
