The owner is decent . The maintenance is HORRIBLE !! Never fixes issues . I've had my sliding door needing to be fixed for 6 months now. I have snow coming in my home and flooding the floor . The maintenance man just proceeded to scream and curse at me for 2 minutes because I didn't move my car fast enough I JUST HAD SURGERY AND WAS CUT FROM HIP TO HIP . I asked him if he could move it and that's when I was threatened with an eviction . And he promised my car would be towed . My 5 year old just saw this man scream and curse me up and down through the glass window . This place is EVERYTHING BUT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE from the swat team to over dosing and drugs being pushed all through this place . I wish the owner cared enough about who maintained this property. But I will seek legal action N

DO NOT MOVE HERE OVERPRICED UNDER MANAGED . Not taken care of . Maintenance threatens and cusses at other tenants . (I do have proof) there is constantly people buying selling and doing drugs here . Stuff doesn't get fixed . And it's over priced .

I was hung up on during question as to why I was served an eviction notice at 9 a.m to be out by 4 p.m. Today's the 3rd my rent was paid on the 2nd with a 5$ late fee. The 10 hr eviction is due to Mr Cordell saying It was only needed for one person to be on lease when we signed and moved in 7 months ago. 3 months ago he was made aware of a domestic issue with my spouse and his incarceration and decided to keep It in his name knowing he'd be released in 90 days and we were in it together. I called his wife at the office after he hung up on me and begin to let her know what just aspired and asked what the deal was very politly and why the sudden change that I'm here and not on the lease when they knew that???!. I was cursed and called out of my name and demanded to be out by 4 p.m or locks w

Fixing up the old apts brand new everytbing inside the apts

I rent from Jerry over on 8th St north and I have no complaints! Renting from goldmark, imm, and, irett, before sucked. it is great renting from someone who is right in town and cares about his buildings. the price is more than fair and the neighborhood is good! If we would've rented from him before we wouldn't probably moved so much. I would say Cordell properties is one of the better landlords in grand forks.
