My company did their vacancy cleanings. Through out the whole time with Pico Rivera buildings we always got wrong information of units to clean and sent back because of units not being ready. I highly suggest getting a legal written contract with this company if you will be a vendor as almost 6 Invoice were past 60 days and I have to take a lost on one due to the lack of communication on their part. Numerous time we were called asking where we were when no one even called to schedule us. Tried to be patient and nice and we lost in the end.
Great Company ! Amazing /spacious floor plans. *California Villages does blend the best of contemporary apartment homes with all the conveniences of community living.
