Awesome experience. We started working with Matt a few years before we decided on moving the family to Fl from NY in 2020. He checked in with us every few months and when we were ready to move in two short days he found us the perfect home. Five years later as we became empty nesters we called upon Matt to sell and find us a new home. We’ve been on both sides of selling & buying houses with Matt. He rocks! Provides great advice, good listener and collaborative. Extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market. Matt and Steve were amazing. They were patient and very professional. They are the best local realtors hands down. They sold our house in two days for over the asking price, setting a record on price. Other realtors wanted to list the house for $200,000 less. The pictures they took made the house look amazing! The gorgeous signs on the lawn and lake turned out to be the best sales tool. When a 14 year-old mistake on the deed was found, Matt worked diligently to track down the previous owner and ensure that the deed issue was fixed before our closing date. The purchase of our new home was not so easy. After an intense negotiation, the owners tried to back out of the deal. Matt was amazingly patient and kept the deal together.
