Coral Waters Apartments

For location and surroundings this place is amazing, it is surrounded by trees and nature with a boat launch in the back and a pool area for residents. Most people here are cool and chill and a lot have lived here for years. As far as getting what you paid for this place blows, your living in early 1980's infrastructure, you can hear everything your neighbors do, and you have to pay to do laundry. The prices are super inflated you should realistically be paying around $900 for a 2/2 here they are charging almost $1200 now which is not at all what these are worth, just a heads up.

Super cute, renovated apartment with a large screened-in lanai, on the canal. I would often see large fish, manatees, and tons of birds. It's close to everything, and when I lived there reasonable rent. I had to break my lease early and the managers were beyond understanding. I cannot thank them enough. I really did enjoy my short time at Coral Waters Apartments.

Coral waters apartments is a great community! The community has a lot to offer and really peaceful! People who live in this community are long term residents and are very happy with coral waters! I highly recommend looking here before anywhere else! Kate, who runs the office will help you with everything and a very respectful person!

This is a hidden gem. One of the nicest places I’ve lived in the past 17 years and I’ve lived at Avalon Preserve, Summerlin Trace and Sail harbor. The apts may not be brand new but this place makes up for it with the friendly staff and all the really genuine people that live there. It’s always really quiet and being right off of Hendry creek there is a lot of wildlife. This is a really cool place to live and the prices are reasonable for the area. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Thanks to Louis, And Jason, And Kate for doing such a great job when my fridge went out. You guys came on Sat night to help me out and got me a new fridge right away. Always wonderful!
