Coral Palms Apartments

I lived at Coral Palms for 4 years and my kids and I loved the experience, it was clean, quiet and safe, The neighborhood is convenient with everything you need within walking distance, The police and fire department right across the street makes the neighborhood very safe. The complex is well kept and clean, The Laundry room, pool and the gym which I often used were also well maintained and clean, Any of my maintenance and pest control issues were promptly taken care of. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. If you keep your apartment clean and are a responsible, considerate neighbor and tenant, you’ll never have any issues here, Their prices have increased just like the rest of the Naples area and they’re still considered affordable compared to so

I’ve had a really great experience living at Coral Palms Apartments. From the moment I applied, the management team made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was always clear and timely, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. My apartment is comfortable, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. I also love how many resources and amenities are nearby, which makes day-to-day life super convenient. Overall, I’m very happy here and really appreciate how efficient and welcoming the management has been. Highly recommend!

Wooowww! What a beauty! Recently moved to Naples and this was one of the last apartments I visited, and definitely the nicest one. They’re remodeling their units so I was lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated apartments, and everything is stunning!!! The office staff, specifically Lisa, has been amazingggg through the whole process. She made everything so quick and smooth I still can’t believe it. The prices are great for the area, super close to everything and the maintenance staff keep everything clean in the complex. Definitely recommend anyone looking for their new home to check this place out!!!

Maintenance and staff are super friendly and amazing! Lisa is incredible! She is very dedicated to her job and goes above and beyond to help with anything whether it’s big or small. No matter the question or concern, she’s always quick to respond and handles every situation with care and a smile. She is truly the best !!!!
