Coquina Cove Apartments - A South Sands Property

I recently stayed at Coquina Cove property in Palm City. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling out of state visiting Florida or if you just have family coming down to visit. What made it such a great experience was the customer service from beginning to end which started off with just a phone call to Liz Bernier she was so pleasant on the phone informed me of the information I needed for the rental emailed and responded back to me promptly. When I called she knew it was me calling very sincere. I also spoke to Ashlyn to see if my deposit was received she was very sweet. Absolutely love this neighborhood. We just moved in from North Stuart area but I’ve always wanted to live in this neighborhood. My family is excited to live and grow here for many years to come. Thank you for welcoming us with such a wonderful attitude and kindness towards our pets from the beginning.

Coquina Cove is an absolutely amazing place to live. You don’t have to go on vacation because you are here!! Every aspect of your wants is met here. The staff is above amazing and like my extended family. We plan on living here for a long time!!!!!

Coquina Cove is absolutely wonderful. Brittney was very helpful with the move-in process and is extremely knowledgeable — I adore her! The property is beautiful, the pool is equivalent to a resort, the community events are always fun and the residents are very respectful.

My wife and i are very happy with our apartment, all the amenities (gym, hot tub, pool, dog park , lake/trails, daily trash pick up and of course, the staff! We had some minor electrical issues and Brittany had maintenance out to our apartment right away! Great job guys!
