We never had any issues with the management before / until we have some issues in our unit. Since we had issues like AC failure , things have gone downhill. There’s been zero response to our work orders, and they’re not assigning the right maintenance staff to handle repairs. Sometimes, they even close work orders without fixing anything. When we ask why, they say it was a “duplicate.” We’ve had to follow up every single day just to get maintenance sent, and every time we call, it feels like they have no idea what’s going on. It took nearly a month to fix our kitchen sink dispenser. We’ve had a ceiling leak for weeks now, and no one has come to check it. Our AC hasn’t worked for over 15 days. Even when it runs, it barely cools the place. After several follow-ups, we were told it’s “no
Been living here for 6 months; will not renew my lease. The water is either scalding hot, or freezing cold. The water is turned off almost every day. I have extra charges on my rent that were not talked about during my lease signing. I truly love the area but I hope future renters will choose a place that cares more about your day to day living experience. I’m a nurse and I can’t even come home and take a comfortable shower most of the time. If I could give 0 stars; I would.
We never had any issues with the previous management — they always sent maintenance to inspect and fix any problems the day after a work order was submitted. Since the new management took over, there has been no response to our work orders. They fail to assign proper maintenance staff to handle the issues and sometimes close work orders without completing the repairs. When asked, they claim the order was closed because it was a duplicate. We must follow up with them every day to get maintenance sent, yet they act unaware of the situation each time. • It took almost a month for management to fix the kitchen sink dispenser. • We’ve had a ceiling leak for a while now, and there has been absolutely no response. • Our AC hasn’t been working for the past 15 days. Even when it’s running, the temp
Ignoring Emails, False Promises In-Person - Holding $559 Deposit My lease ended on October 3, 2025. My final payment due is $660.00. My security deposit was $559.00. I have not received an updated, corrected final account statement reflecting the required deduction of my $559 security deposit. Not only have I sent multiple emails with no response, but one of the lease members has visited the leasing office many times. Each time, they were simply told, "We will update it," yet NO ACTION has been taken. Management is clearly aware of the issue but refuses to resolve it. It is unacceptable to hold a former tenant's deposit and fail to provide transparent, timely accounting after repeatedly making false promises. Action Required: Immediately issue the correct final balance statement showin
Take this as an honest, objective review—not an emotional rant. I’ll simply tell you the truth, and you can read the other reviews to verify that nothing here is exaggerated. Coppersfield Apartments was hands down the worst place I’ve ever lived. It’s honestly insulting that one star is even an option when this place deserves none. There was poop all over the sidewalks and grassy areas, laundry rooms filled with broken washers and dryers that stayed out of order for months, and constant water shut-offs that disrupted daily life. While they did send email notices beforehand, it happened so frequently that it became routine. Flooding was common, and the maintenance team rarely fixed anything properly—just quick, careless patches that never lasted. The office staff was almost never present
