If you’re considering moving here, don’t just run... launch yourself out of a cannon in the opposite direction. Living here has been like watching a slow-motion disaster that the management pretends isn’t happening. In my experience, they don’t care about you, your wellbeing, or anything that isn’t directly tied to getting your rent payment on time. Every “repair” I’ve received has been the equivalent of slapping a Band-Aid on a bullet hole and calling it a day. The apartments flood so often you’d think they were trying to recreate a budget waterpark. And the mold? They don’t remove it, they just drown it in paint like that magically makes spores rethink their life choices. But they did paint the outside and remodel the pool! I live right next-door and there is a tenant that has lived there for years that just leaves her dogs outside to bark for hours and hours, from five in the morning to midnight and the owners of the apartment complex don’t give a shit 👍
