Copper Terrace

I have lived here for going on four years now and enjoy my home. Currently, there are two maintenance people, Sharon and Jeffrey, who are absolutely stellar. They work hard to keep the whole place running and clean. They are always very attentive to any maintenance requests or any issues that arise. They are very knowledgeable about the property and truly care. Obviously, I have seen my share of maintenance turnover and how some employees just are here to collect a pay check and really do not care. Sharon and Jeffrey care, and it shows. They are also very loved by my two French bulldogs, so that tells you alot about them if the dogs love them and always want to see them! 🥰

I have been a tenant here at Copper Terrace since April of this year and am very happy with my decision to move here. One of the things I like is when I have a problem, the maintenance staff, both Sharon and Jeff, have been right there to make things right. I had a garbage disposal go out on Mother's Day, and Sharon was here within an hour with a new disposal. I had an issue with a kitchen drawer and Sharon built me a new drawer while Jeff fixed the rails. There are other things done as well with the same type of professionalism. If you are thinking of moving here, know that this is what you can expect from the service. I also enjoy the amenities and office staff. Very friendly and professional.

We had a few maintenance work at our home. Jeff and Sharon did a great job and they are the best. They are good asset to the Copper Terrace, Englewood.

I complained...they responded worked with me and fixed stuff. I was really surprised. And now I have to change my review to a more positive one which is great. I still think the security company stinks and my third party parking fee should be hidden in my rent. So four 🌟 smiles 😃
