Copper Stone on 32nd

This place as many issue with not being able to get a hold of someone. I have called many times and no one answers. I have also emailed again no reply back. I have won’t there multiple times during their offices hours and close that day for some reason. I was able to get to talk to the lady at the office a month ago who said she would call back but never did. Again showed up last week and spoke to the same women who said she would call the next Thursday and has not called. This company took security deposit and has not even it back. I have not lived in this apartment. I was interested in moving there but after the hassle of no communication than not giving back the deposits has made me reconsidered. I have still not heard anything back from anyone about the sec cutout deposit. Please do n

Only reason I am giving one star is because of the management that was running the building. With this new lady she came in and served all the black people notices to move out, even those that pay their rent on time nor cause any issues, don't come out their apartment and just moved in. Also process some folks rent late when they paid on time

Totally love living here I totally recommend it the staff in the office she’s really nice she really help me to move in and she’s really good barb thank you so much neighbors they’re so great and kind

Don't never move to copper stone plus I'm still waiting for my deposit. All the reviews people are leaving are true teach is on

DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN THIS AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY DIDNT DO NOTHING BUT CAME IN FIXED A BLIND. ITS INFESTED IN ROACHES AND THEY ARE IN THE HALL WAYS AS WELL.
